EXCLUSIVE TRACK !! PREMIERE !!

This artist is honestly the impetus for this compilation, the reason I wanted to release something in the physical world... I was on tour with my band and thinking about all this new great Miracle Falls music I had heard, and wondering when it would be released. The whole idea of a compilation hit me like a bolt of lightning at that instant, and I reached out to main member Paul Dillon to see what he thought, and he was down. I built the compilation around it. (The second band I asked was Candace).

A bit of a primer: Miracle Falls is the brain child of Paul Dillon, who writes the songs and plays most of the instruments, alongside many very talented friends. He's released one LP under the name, which was my favorite Portland release when it came out. The new music was recorded in Memphis and sounds even better. I think it was recorded at a studio Sparklehorse recorded in, but I'm not sure. In any case, Paul has been a member of Sparklehorse, Swervedriver, Longwave, and others. This track is the longest song on the compilation, but its also the one I requested. I love this song.
